Fintech SaaS platform with Big Data Analytics. Huge volume of Data Points, Integrates with with a range of Financial platforms, suite of products tailored to needs.

VC funded, early stages, currently building a development team which will take the current MVP to the full fat version.

Key responsibilities:

Reach a high level of automation on all infrastructure provisioning and scaling

Define and implement metrics and monitoring

Work with development teams to achieve best performance

Define, refine, optimize all deployment

Maintain a healthy infrastructure cost analysis and expectation

Work with security consultants to achieve an acceptable level of security

Work on refining the scaling capabilities of the infrastructure

Work on promoting best practices culture on cloud native applications & architecture

Design, refine and maintain cloud native infrastructure & architecture

Promote security and best practice resource usage internally

About you:

experience in Golang (If not commercial then own study)

2+ years’ experience in Python

5+ years’ experience in Bash

Experience with containerized applications, Docker

orchestration, kubernetes

CI/CD

fleet management tools

metrics, ELK

traefik is a significant plus

building and documenting architecture design

containerized applications and microservice architecture

various inter service communication types, like REST, Messaging, Websocket

Knowledge & experience with different types of databases, is a significant plus (mainly Postgres, Cassandra, Influx, Redis)

Excellent communication skills.
